Travis Senters-Community Director, ALM
Travis is a certified Assisted Living Manager (ALM) and also has a Masters Degree in Athletic Administration from the University of Iowa. Although he spent some time as Athletic Director for high school students, much of his experience has been working with seniors and their families. He has an understanding of the financial aspects of senior living and working with long-term care insurance as well managing and coaching a “team” so that they are able to provide exceptional service to our residents. Travis has an open door policy for all residents, family members and staff.
Angie McClure-Community Relations Director
Angie takes pride in walking families through the sometimes difficult transition from home to Assisted Living or Memory Care. With over 11 years experience, Angie is knowledgeable in all areas of senior care and provides the necessary support needed for families to make the right decision for themselves or their loved one. Linda Johnson-Administrative Assistant
Linda is the smiling face that welcomes our guests at the front door! She assists with many day to day tasks such as payroll, mailings, filing, transportation schedules, answering phones and providing helpful information to all of our Views families. In addition, Linda assists with Human Resources.

Kelleen (Kelly) Scanlon, RN, Director of Nursing(DON)
Kelly specializes in working with memory care resident's and oversee's all nursing and CNA staff in our MeadowView building. All of Kelly's team is required to complete regular Dementia/Alzheimer's training in addition to the required healthcare courses. Nursing staff consists of Licensed Practical Nurses, Oral Medication Technicians and Certified Nursing Aides.

Danielle Shmitz-Wellness Director
Danielle has a degree from the University of Iowa in Aging Studies and works very closely with our resident's planning a fun and active schedule for them to participate in daily. In addition, Danielle has completed continuing education training specific to dementia and Alzheimer's.

Drew Anderson-Food Service Director
Drew and his staff are very popular around The Views! The responsibility of feeding 100 people 3 meals per day and having it go smoothly as well as pleasing everyone's taste's is no small job! Drew has been with The Views for 4 years and pride's himself in his work and pleasing our resident's.
Benjamin Happel- Facilities Director Ben oversees and coordinates the day-to-day business of our building maintenance and housekeeping departments. With over 100 residents and two large buildings to maintain, Ben has his work cut out for him. He is always willing to assist our staff and residents to the best of his ability.

Rev. Dick Ernst-Chaplain
Rev. Ernst knows first hand the difficulties that come with caring for a loved one with Dementia/Alzheimer's. Rev. Ernst provides our resident's with church service every Saturday at 11am(MeadowView) and 12:30pm(RidgeView). He is a very important part of our resident's lives.
